What Next About Soy Beans? They Improve The Aged Mind
Scientists* have found that a soy ingredient, a factor in its lecithin component, significantly improved mental performance in aged animals. They also quoted a report on 494 elderly human patients in Italy which "....demonstrated the benefit of taking 'it] as an antidementia agent that can improve behavior and cognitive 'knowing, perceiving and conceiving] performance without side effects."
