A new report in the Journal of Neuroscience, Sept. 15, l999, reveals "These findings suggest that, in addition to their known beneficial effects on cancer and heart disease, (plant) chemicals present in antioxidant-rich foods may be beneficial in reversing the course of neuronal (central nervous system) and behavioral aging.
Details: The study tested the effects specifically of blueberry,
spinach and strawberry. An early finding, perhaps, but the downside
would appear to be nil.
