Milk Reduces Blood Pressure and Reduces Stroke Risk
"Each year 600,000 Americans have a stroke, and 159,000 die of stroke," says a new scientific study of preventing it. Is it the calcium? No, it appears to be the combination of calcium, magnesium and potassium in milk and milk products that does the job. Also noted was that milk and milk products are low in sodium.

Further, the report showed that these foods, which include cheese and yogurt, reduced people's blood pressure which reduces hypertension risk for heart attacks.
