Vitamins Before Exercising?
The Journal of Physiology
recently (June, 2004) reported that markers of inflammation were
substantially reduced by the taking of
vitamins E and C before
strenuous exercise.
These markers included that of C-reactive protein, a factor that often
points to future heart problems.
