No
scientific proof on this, but anecdotally, we’ve found that if you do this
vitamin regimen at the very first sign of a cold, you may be able to end it
quickly; take one 250 mg. tablet of vitamin C (or break a 500 in half). Take
a 100 i.u. capsule of natural vitamin E. Wait a half-hour. Repeat dosage.
Wait a half-hour. Repeat dosage. Wait one hour. Repeat dosage. Stop.
Probably you’ll be better. If not, (sigh) try again with the next cold. No
guarantees, we’re sorry to say. The important thing is to treat it early.
